Vehicle Description
Vintage M-B SL450 purchased locally from an older couple. This SL had been sitting for a few year because of the death of the wife. We flushed the fuel tank & fuel system & got it to run. The Sl has been repaint to red from the original gold. Vehicle has been checked over by Our service department. Exhaust was replaced. Brakes are more that 50%. Overall finish, I would rate this SL450 as an 8 driver. A/C blows cold, heater is hot. The underside is clean overall, There are some small rust spots from under the paint, but does not distract from the overall look.
Tires will need to be replaced because of the tire date of production, otherwize the tires have more than 50% thread wear left.
Shown in the photos the convertible needs repair. The previous owners wife never put the top up and kept the hard top on.
Not shown in the photos is the hard top. It is black in color.
